MSPs offer support for ecocide Bill

MSPs have backed a Bill that will criminalise ecocide in Scotland, with penalties of up to 20 years in prison and unlimited fines.
The general principles of the Ecocide (Scotland) Bill was supported by 90 votes to 26 at stage one yesterday.
