Scottish Labour remove whip from politician
A LABOUR MSP has been suspended from the party after being charged in connection with possession of indecent images.
Colin Smyth, from Dumfries, was arrested after Police Scotland officers carried out a search of his home. He is now set to appear in court in relation to the charges after a report was submitted by police to prosecutors.
