Firefighters battle blaze after victim falls from a window
A MAN has died falling from a window in a fire at a block of high-rise flats.
Emergency services raced to the blaze on Shields Drive in Motherwell after the alarm was raised at 10.20pm on Thursday.
Crews attended and a man was seen having fallen from a window of the tower block.
