Creature is oldest in the world in captivity
A LEMUR at a Scottish zoo has made history as the oldest in the world in captivity.
Stumpy celebrated his 39th birthday at the Five Sisters Zoo in West Lothian.
The ring-tailed primate shared his big day with his sons Red, 21, and Julian, 20.
Stumpy's breed usually only live to between 20 and 25 in human care, while it is rare to reach 20 in the wild.
