Dec tells snipers hes still got lots left in the tank

- NEIL ROBERTSON

LAST LEGS? NO CHANCE

DECLAN GALLAGHER admits he's heard the whispers that his "legs have gone" - but is fired up to prove all the doubters wrong.

The Dundee United defender had groin surgery in January and a setback in April saw him miss most of their Championship title run-in.

But Gallagher, 33, believes he's finally back firing on all cylinders and helped prove it by netting his first goal for the club on Tuesday night - complete with a Usain Bolt-style celebration.

Now he's determined to keep showing he still has loads to offer as United gear up for their return to the Premiership.
