United out to make amends for derby defeat
JIM GOODWIN says Dundee United are determined to make amends for their devastating derby defeat when they travel to face Ross County on Sunday.
The Terrors have been licking their wounds during the international break following their 4-2 loss to Dundee at home two Sundays ago.
It was the first time the Dark Blues had won at Tannadice in 21 years and was a bitter pill to swallow for everyone connected with United.
Goodwin's had time to reflect on what went wrong and he believes a combination of individual errors and players carrying injuries cost his side dear.
Now the manager is looking for a big response in Dingwall as United try to cement their place in the top six.
