Jannik into semis with ace-strewn win in Turin
Daily Record
|November 13, 2025
JANNIK SINNER delighted his home fans as he sealed an ATP Finals last-four spot with a 6-4 6-3 win over Alexander Zverev in Turin.
-
The Italian, 24, extended his winning streak on indoor hard courts to 28 matches in the defence of his title.
It was his fifth straight victory over German rival Zverev - a run that includes this year’s Australian Open final and recent meetings in Vienna and Paris.
Sinner still has a chance to finish the year at No. 1 but he needs to win the tournament and hope that Carlos Alcaraz doesn't win another match.
