Docs say David's not fit to fly but firm insists he is
A GRANDAD is stranded in a Greek hospital after an emergency operation with no way to get home.
David Bloomfield, 86, fell and fractured his left hip on a two-week holiday in Crete last month having flown out with easyJet.
His insurance cover through the airline meant he was able to have an op to repair the break at the private Creta Interclinic in the capital Heraklion.
