Blair was in the stands for Jambos' last final triumph

I made killing last time Hearts won Cup...selling match programmes!

BLAIR SPITTAL was in with the Hearts fans the last time the Jambos lifted the Scottish Cup.

Now the playmaker would love to see another party, only from the pitch this time around.

Spittal was in the stands at Hampden for the famous 2012 showpiece when the Tynecastle side slaughtered rivals Hibs 5-1.

The midfielder was a kid at then amateur outfit Queen's Park and ended up making a killing selling programmes outside the National Stadium.

Spittal is eying up a different kind of bonus as he's set his sights on a Hampden return by seeing off Dundee in tonight's quarter-final.

The 29-year-old said: "I was actually in the Hearts end at Hampden for the 2012 Final.

"At Queen's Park, one of the directors, Andy McGlennan, would have the young players working at the finals, handing out programmes.

"I was in with the Hearts fans that day with the programmes. I managed to get a couple extra and sold them in the street afterwards for a profit!

"By the time I got home I had none left.
