French lessons from legend can help Well new boy Kof
MOTHERWELL new recruit Kofi Balmer reckons practice sessions with World Cup winner Patrick Vieira can help him flourish at Fir Park.
The Northern Irish defender joined the Steelmen in the summer from Crystal Palace and headed in the opener on his debut in their 3-0 Premier Sports Cup win over Edinburgh City.
French superstar Vieira signed the 23-year-old two years ago from Larne, took him under his wing in their training sessions and included him on the bench for Premier League games.
And Balmer admits playing two-touch with Vieira was a massive learning experience that will stand him in good stead to kick on at Well.
