KEEGAN BRADLEY fired back at Rory Mcllroy after making the heartbreaking decision not to play in the Ryder Cup.
And the United States captain also ignored the words of President Donald Trump as he opted not to pick himself for Bethpage.
Bradley revealed, despite a mid-season wobble, he'd long made the choice not to play as he announced Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Ben Griffin, Cameron Young, Patrick Cantlay and Sam Burns to join Scottie Scheffler, JJ Spaun, Xander Schauffele, Harris English, Russell Henley and Bryson DeChambeau in his 12-man lineup.
Debate had raged through the past months over the skipper playing, with McIlroy making it crystal clear it was something he didn't believe was possible to do.
But Bradley says he paid no attention to the opinion of the European hero when making his call as he said: “I'm not worried about what they do or say. I care about our team.
