Duke paid damages by The Sun publisher over privacy breaches

PRINCE Harry has settled his legal action against the publisher of The Sun over claims the paper invaded his private life.
News Group Newspapers offered an apology and agreed to pay substantial damages for the intrusion and for private investigators at the now-defunct News of the World hacking his phone.
Former deputy Labour leader Lord Tom Watson also settled his legal claim against the publisher over intrusion into his private life.
A trial was due to begin at the High Court in London on Tuesday.
