FIR PARK WAS THE MAKING OF ACE MIKA

DENMARK'S new golden boy Mika Biereth has Motherwell to thank for helping him become one of Europes hottest strikers last season at Monaco.
But former Fir Park assistant Stephen Frail believes the Scotland defence can keep him quiet tonight in Copenhagen.
Ex-Arsenal kid Biereth will make his fifth appearance for Denmark in the Group C opener.
But the 22-year-old credits Motherwell for a six-month loan which allowed him to cut his teeth before an eventual £10million move to Monaco in January.
Biereth became the first Ligue 1 player in 70 years to grab three successive hat-tricks last term.
Frail is now at Kilmarnock with boss Stuart Kettlewell but the pair were at Fir Park when Biereth arrived on loan in August 2023.
