JIM GOODWIN admitted he was left frustrated at blowing a golden chance to steal a march in the race for third.
The Dundee United boss was left deflated by the second-half show against Rangers as the Tannadice side couldn't hold on to their lead to capitalise on Aberdeen dropping more points.
Goodwin said: "It was a missed opportunity. We knew we were playing against a good Rangers team with good individual players.
"Obviously players that weren't involved in the Manchester United game that were coming in fresh.
"The league table hasn't changed a great deal. Hibs have gained a point on us. Other than that, the results went in our favour this weekend.
