The new recruits will be put through their paces in the name of entertainment

The glamour's gone and the grit is real as a fresh batch of celebrities swap luxury for Welsh terrain in the seventh series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
Led by chief instructor Billy Billingham and his directing staff, the recruits are pushed to their physical and mental limits over eight episodes, each mirroring the harshest elements of real-life Special Forces training.
Boxer Conor Benn and former footballer Adebayo Akinfenwa are no strangers to gruelling trainingbut they knew this would be a different beast. “I’ve asked myself time and time again - am I built for the Special Forces? One of the reasons why I'm doing this is to find out,” Adebayo says.
