KEELY HODGKINSON admitted she was "so bored" waiting for her World Championship event to come round - before breezing into the 800 metres semifinal.
Now she’s set to spearhead a late medal charge after Team GB bagged just one silver medal in the first week - Scot Jake Wightman in the 1500m.
Injury knocked out three of the best British bets in pole vaulter Molly Caudery, sprinter Matt Hudson-Smith and 1500m defending champion Josh Kerr.
