Ban has got Neil fired up for return

NEIL LENNON admits he’s got a “lot of pent-up energy to release” after seeing out his dugout ban in time for Saturday's Fife derby.

The Dunfermline boss is set for his first game in the dugout this month at Raith Rovers after serving a “scandalous” four-game ban with another two suspended.

Pars drew one and lost the other three since Lenny was frozen out of the dugout over comments about ref Duncan Nicolson.

Asked if he thinks his ban had an impact on players, Lennon said: “Gradually as it went on, yes. The longer it went on, maybe the more they just missed that sort of voice or presence around the place.
