Peter Parker Yuill campaigned in his home town of Kilmarnock, telling people that locals kids were being filmed by perverts.
Despite offering no evidence, Yuill claimed children were being systematically targeted in parks by foreign strangers.
Painter and decorator Yuill, 39, appeared in an online.
video with far-right campaigner John Watt, who planned an anti-immigrant rally in Glasgow to protest against immigration.
Watt ended up swerving the demo on September 20 after he was exposed in the Daily Record as being a convicted domestic abuser.
