As prices are set to rise again, it's time to find a better offering for less
-
BROADBAND prices are about to rise again for millions of homes across the country, and it’s bad news for those monthly bills.
BT is the latest provider to announce its hikes, which will kick in from April, with most customers being hit by a standard £4 rise, no matter what they pay right now.
That might come as a big shock to some. In the past, consumers faced a percentage increase to their bills, meaning the less they paid, the lower the rise would be.
However, early last year, the industry regulator, Ofcom, changed the rules.
