A WOMAN allegedly conned in an actress fraud was told she could not be repaid as Hollywood director Tim Burton held a bank card containing the cash.

Jean Allan said she handed over cash to Ann Dunlop, 57, and an aspiring actress they knew.

The 61-year-old claimed she was "induced" to pay out a total of £1500 to help them with bills.
