Accies' title bid hit for six after points scrubbed

HAMILTON last night vowed to fight being fined £22,000 and docked six league points as they fell off the League One summit.
In the wake of an independent SPFL disciplinary tribunal hearing 13 days ago, the governing body yesterday said ‘Accies had been deemed to have fallen foul of five SPFL rules, including making payments to trialists and amateur players while under a transfer embargo.
