IT SEEMS hardly a day goes by when there isn’t news of a serious violent crime being committed by teenagers who seem to have no concept of the difference between right and wrong behaviour.
Last week the national news was focused on a 13-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy who had been involved in the violent death of a frail and gentle mannered pensioner only yards from his home.
The boy had battered their helpless victim with punches and kicks, while the girl had stood close by videoing the horrific incident on her mobile phone.
A court in the Midlands heard they then ran away laughing and bragged about the attack on social media.

behaviour, but the pair seemed not to have been able to grasp the concept that it wasn’t normal to take the life of a much-loved father and grandfather just to satisfy their need for self-publicity.
