Szoboszlai insists there is more to come next year

DOMINIK Szoboszlai is adamant there is more to come from him at Liverpool next season as he pinpointed a chief reason behind Arne Slot hitting the ground running as head coach.

- By IAN DOYLE

Slot became only the third Reds boss to win the championship in their first full season in charge when his team romped to the Premier League title with four games to spare last month.

Szoboszlai has featured in 34 of Liverpool's 36 top-flight games this season - starting 27 - and has contributed seven goals and nine assists in all competitions having been switched to an attacking midfield role by Slot.

And while the 24-year-old believes he has benefited from the shift in approach under the new boss, he is convinced there is room for him to improve further next term.
