MAE Sir Ddinbych yn Gweithio yn gwahodd oedolion (16+ oed) i gymryd rhan mewn cyfres unigryw o sesiynau lles creadigol yr hydref hwn, lle bydd Lego ar gael i oedolion.

Mae "Ailadeiladu a Ffynnu" yn rhaglen o sesiynau am ddim am bedair wythnos sy'n cael eu cynnal bob prynhawn Mawrth rhwng 12:30 a 2:30pm, gan ddechrau 16 Medi tan 7 Hydref 2025. Fe gynhelir y sesiynau yn Llyfrgell y Rhyl.
Nod y sesiynau yw rhoi hwb i les, hyder a datblygiad personol drwy pleser syml ond pwerus adeiladu Lego.
Fe arweinir y sesiynau gan Floss Barrett, artist blodau LEGO a fu ar ei thaith ei hun o wella wedi'i ysbrydoli gan y rhaglen.
Fe ddechreuodd Floss adeiladu gyda Lego yn dilyn ymosodiad â chyllell a'i gadawodd gydag anafiadau difrifol i'w dwy law. Yn rhan o'i hadferiad corfforol, fe ddechreuodd ddefnyddio Lego i ailadeiladu cryfder a symudedd yn ei bysedd, ond yn fuan fe ddarganfu ei fod yn adnodd hollbwysig i ailadeiladu ei lles.
