Reddin set to take the top job in Welsh rugby

THE Welsh Rugby Union will officially unveil Dave Reddin as its new director of rugby in less than 24 hours.
Reddin faces a huge task trying to turn around the fortunes of Welsh rugby, with the men’s national side currently on a record losing run of 17 Test matches, while Wales Women are also winless so far in this year’s Six Nations.
But his first task will be to appoint a new head coach for the men’s national team, with Steve Tandy the clear front runner for that role.
Reddin has an impressive CV, having been England's national fitness coach when they were crowned world champions in 2003.
He was also a member of Sir Clive Woodward's backroom team on the ill-fated British & Irish Lions tour of New Zealand in 2005.
