Man denies burglary after Bronze Age gold stolen from museum

A MAN has denied burglary after "irreplaceable" Bronze Age gold jewellery - including one from Gwynedd - was stolen from a museum in Cardiff.

South Wales Police said several items were stolen from a display case in the main building at St Fagans National Museum of History on the edge of the city at around 12.30am on October 6.
Gavin Burnett, 43, appeared at Northampton Crown Court by videolink from HMP Peterborough on Wednesday where he pleaded not guilty to the charge.
