'Iconic' North Wales hotel sold to international investor

AN “iconic” North Wales hotel has been sold to an international group.
The historic Hand Hotel in Llangollen has been under the same ownership for 25 years.
But a deal has now been reached with international investment firm Zeltgelst Consulting Pte Limited.
The business will be operated by global hotel group Compass Hospitality, with immediate effect.
The deal was announced by Graham + Sibbald, chartered surveyors and property consultants, who described the hotel as “iconic”.
The hotel was sold off a guide asking price of £1.9m by way of a share sale transaction.
