Police appeal after pedestrian hit by van on Caernarfon bypass

THE family of a man who died in a crash in Gwynedd have paid tribute to him.
North Wales Police responded to a report of a collision involving a van and a pedestrian on the A487 near Bontnewydd at around 8.30pm on Sunday.
It saw the Caernarfon bypass closed in both directions as emergency services responded.
Sadly, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
