Anglesey County Council planners have received a full application to build housing on land beside the Pentrefelin and Stad Waenfawr Estate.

The application by DU Construction and Clwyd Alyn Housing Ltd will also include the creation of an internal access road, together with associated works.

The scheme says it aims to deliver the homes "to meet an identified local housing need".

The proposed site lies on the western fringe of Holyhead and is comprised of rough semi-improved grassland and scrub.
