Kate Garraway on hit show

CELEBRITY Traitors keeps viewers on the edge of their seats with backstabbing, betrayal and tension - but for Kate Garraway it proved quite the healing experience.

The TV and radio presenter, 58, now a single mum to Darcey, 19, and Billy, 15, after the tragic death of husband Derek Draper aged 56 in January 2024, said doing the show really gave her time to slow down and think.

Kate said: “The process was fun, intense and eyeopening. It was a roller-coaster. It was also a wonderful time to do some thinking of my own.
