That's a bit rich, taxing the poor

Once again the Institute for Fiscal Studies is putting the onus for trying to make extra money to get us out of the mess left by the Tories onto the masses instead of the few. Haven't we suffered enough over the last 14 years?

In opposition, Labour advocated for a one-off tax on the utilities, who have been ripping us off since privatisation and the banks, who have made huge profits out of our misery. Neil Kinnock has given the Treasury a perfect idea on how to obtain extra cash by taxing those with over £10million. Let's face it there were many multimillionaires made over the last 14 years thanks to the previous government.

We also have a group of patriotic millionaires who say those with the most should pay more. So come on Labour, make those who can afford it pay. Most of us are being ground into the dirt already with higher cost of living which is not our fault.
