Jadon flying again in Dortmund after big bust-up with Ten Hag

- DAVID MCDONNELL

SAN SHINE AFTER A STORM

AS Manchester United come to terms with no Champions League football next season, exiled winger Jadon Sancho is showcasing his talent on European football's elite stage.

After being sent back to former club Borussia Dortmund on loan until the end of the season, after falling out with United boss Erik ten Hag, Sancho has helped the German club reach the Champions League semi-finals.

Tonight, Dortmund host Paris Saint-Germain in the first leg of their last-four encounter, with Sancho looking to continue his key role in their push to reach the final at Wembley on June 1.

Sancho's enforced return to Dortmund, following his £72million move to United in 2021, has proved liberating after he was forced to train away from the first-team squad following the breakdown of his relationship with Ten Hag.

Since making his debut in his second spell at Dortmund in a 3-0 win at Darmstadt on January 13, Sancho has featured in 16 of 19 games.
