MARCH 7 is another milestone for women's boxing, a first all-female bill at the Royal Albert Hall topped by Natasha Jonas v Lauren Price.
And somewhat appropriately, it is all going ahead on the eve of International Women's Day.
Not only is it a significant moment in the career of both, it is the best female card since the first all-girl cast three years ago when Claressa Shields met Savannah Marshall, which remains the most watched women's sports event on Sky.
The welterweight unification bout is a passing of the baton moment with veteran WBC and IBF champion Jonas (top, left) finally taking on Welsh phenomenon Price (top, right), holder of the WBA and IBO belts.
