DAN BURN reckons upwardly mobile Newcastle could have up to six players in Thomas Tuchel's World Cup squad next year.
Burn received his first England call-up last month, joining club-mates Anthony Gordon and Tino Livramento in the Three Lions camp.
And with Tuchel an impressed onlooker on Sunday for the 4-1 win over Manchester United, the defender predicts that in-form wingers Jacob Murphy and Harvey Barnes could soon be joining them.
Injured defender Lewis Hall won his first cap this season and will also be pushing his own claims once fit.
Barnes scored twice in the demolition of United while Murphy became the first Toon player since Laurent Robert 24 years ago to rack up 10 assists.
“They're not going to be far off a call-up,’ said Burn. “The good thing about the new manager coming in is that it’s a clean slate for everybody.
“So if players hit form at the right time and keep playing well, they'll get their chance.
