BRITAIN'S spy chief yesterday warned there is “absolutely no evidence” Viadimir Putin wants to negotiate a peace deal in war-torn Ukraine.
Sir Richard Moore, head of MI6, said the Russian leader was “stringing us along”, amid failing efforts to broker a truce.
