My world Cup dream Calvert-Lewin EXCLUSIVE
Daily Mirror UK
|December 20, 2025
DOMINIC CALVERT-LEWIN admits it is his "ultimate goal" to play for England at the World Cup.
Calvert-Lewin, 28, is in a rich vein of form with four goals in as many games and is playing as well as ever since his summer move to Leeds.
The striker has earned 11 caps but his last came in July 2021 and he has never stopped dreaming about representing his country again.
Calvert-Lewin said: "Of course, it's the ultimate goal for any player to represent your country at a World Cup and it's a World Cup year.
"It's always my dream to represent England and it's the best feeling in the world to represent your country. I'm like any young lad, growing up playing football, watching England and that's still my dream.
