Married for eight years but still can't get over my crush

I realise my problem is going to sound mad, but here goes.

I'm a married woman in my late 30s and, for the past eight years (the whole of my marriage), I've been obsessed with another man. He's someone I met a few months before I got married and he’s a friend of a friend.

It was love and lust at first sight for me and, honestly, I've never felt that strongly about my husband. We spent a few days together, hanging out at our mutual friend's wedding, and getting to know him just made me fall harder for him.

He's funny, smart, insanely handsome and kind, too. He's the whole package.

Back to now, our paths cross occasionally at social things, but he's married now to a gorgeous woman and is obviously very happy.
