AN 82-year-old woman with wet macular degeneration has been waiting double the recommended time for treatment.

Bernice Evans was diagnosed with the age-related condition in 2022 and needs injections in her eyes every eight weeks.
Mrs Evans, from Cambridgeshire, said she had to wait up to 16 weeks at times.
