Charles' letter of sorrow months after Diana's death sells for £1.5k
A MOVING letter from King Charles discussing the unbearable emptiness of grief has sold at auction for more than £1,500.
Charles, who wrote the letter four months after the death of Princess Diana, comforts the bereaved recipient, known only as Peter, over the passing of a loved one he refers to as "life-enhancer" Liz.
