They want Pickford and Garner to follow Tarkowski by signing new deals
EVERTON are planning the next step in David Moyes’ long-term scheme to lay a foundation for on-field success.
The Toffees are targeting two new deals after tying James Tarkowski down to a contract.
The 32-year-old penned a two-year extension on Wednesday to commit his future to the Toffees.
Boss Moyes wants to build his new-look team around Tarkowski, centre-back partner Jarrad Branthwaite, and goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
