THE families of the Southport victims have questioned the part the teenage killer's parents played in failing to stop him.
Axel Rudakubana, now 19, murdered Bebe King, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, at a children's dance class last summer.
