HOLLYWOOD star Jonathan Majors has avoided prison after assaulting his British former girlfriend.

Grace Jabbari, attacked in the backseat of a chauffeured car in New York, was furious when he got probation instead of a possible year behind bars.

Ms Jabbari, 31, described the Creed III actor, 34, as a remorseless abuser.

Wiping away tears as she delivered a victim impact statement, she told the court: "He is not sorry. He has not accepted responsibility.

"He will do this again. He will hurt other women. This is a man who believes he is above the law." The former Marvel star was convicted of assault and harassment in December.
