AS I looked out on to the deck of the Finnish patrol vessel Turva, masked, armed men rappelled down from a helicopter.
Finnish Border Guard officer at the ready
They raced to the bridge, shouting furiously as they took control. Luckily for me, it was only a drill by the Finnish Border Guard. The camouflage-clad men were demonstrating how they would seize control of a suspect vessel to Foreign Secretary Yvette Cooper as she began a two-day tour of Finland and Norway yesterday.
