Tech is key as '80% get e-cigs online'

- BY MARTIN BAGOT Health and Science Editor

MOST under-18s who vape are getting them on the black market online, polling suggests.

In a survey of 2,000 adults and 500 youths of 15-17 years, 79% of respondents said underage users buy vapes online.

The polling by identity verification firm IKE Tech also found 60% of people think the age-verification methods used in shops are too easy to bypass.
