Norton ignored real bust bone
JAMES Norton's grimaces during bloody battles in the BBC's big Sunday night drama King & Conqueror are horribly real.
Norton, who plays Harold Earl of Wessex alongside the equally dashing Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, 55, as William of Normandy, filmed in agony from a broken collarbone.
The accident, from falling off his horse, left executive producer Baltasar Korakur fearing the eight-parter was ruined... but James put up with the pain.
Norton, 40, said: "In some of those battle scenes I'm yelping very loudly and the yelps are pretty authentic."
