Ex-comic Russell Brand at court clutching Bible as he denies rape & sex assault

RUSSELL Brand has denied raping one woman and sexually assaulting another after arriving at court in a low-buttoned shirt, shades and a cream fedora.The onetime BBC and Channel 4 star, who now broadcasts anti-woke videos online, was also gripping a Bible at London's Southwark crown court, where he answered two further sexual offence charges.

After taking his place in the dock, Brand began reading from his holy book, but a court officer temporarily confiscated it, despite the actor, 50, trying to show her pages.
