Boris & Nigel take lead in pup names

TORY Boris Johnson was hounded out of office after Partygate, while Reform UK leader Nigel Farage is in the doghouse with constituents over his jet-set lifestyle.

So perhaps that's why their names prove popular with pet owners.

Dogs called Boris are up by 8% on last year, while Nigel is up 2.4%.

But a database reveals not a single pup has been named Keir this year - the Prime Minister is a different kind of political animal.
