A send-off fit for true RAF hero

A SECOND World War hero who survived 30 bombing missions has been given a grand RAF send-off following his death at the age of 105.
-
A piper and standard bearers led Fred Jeacock's funeral cortege and a bugler performed Last Post.
Fred, below, joined the RAF as a mechanic months before the war began.
