Daily Mirror - Sri Lanka

September 19, 2025

In the latest episode of HAK IT, Sakshi Chhabra Mittal sits down with Dr. Sohère Roked, one of the UK's most experienced hormone and integrative medicine doctors.

- By Giselle Gunewardena

The conversation dives deep into the importance of hormone balance, the role of integrative medicine, and how a personalized approach to health can help people live fuller, healthier lives.

Dr. Sohère Roked, BMed MRCGP DFRSH DipSIM, has been practicing medicine for over two decades and is widely recognized for her expertise in bioidentical and body-identical hormones. Currently consulting at the Omniya Clinic in London as well as online, she has helped thousands of male and female patients optimize their health through hormone balancing and holistic approaches.

After graduating from Southampton University in 2003, Dr. Roked trained in hospitals across England and Wales, gaining experience in accident and emergency, general medicine, surgery, women's health, and otolaryngology. She also spent three years working as a psychiatrist before becoming a GP. These diverse experiences gave her a well-rounded perspective on patient care, but she soon realized that conventional medicine often fell short of fully resolving health concerns.
