Richmond Legends pull off seventh successive win

Saluka Wijesiri scored a star-studded 73 in 58 balls while Chanaka Vithanage played an entertaining innings of 88 not out with fours in 87 balls as the Legends of Richmond won a seventh consecutive victory in 2025 by beating Colombo Masters CA by six wickets in a Masters 35 overs cricket encounter at the Nationalised Services Cricket ground, Ratmalana recently.

Batting first Colombo Masters were restricted to 221 for 7 in 35 overs and the Richmond Legends reached the target without much difficulty losing just three wickets in 32. 5 overs.
